At Hype Liquors, we’re committed to fast, secure, and reliable delivery. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on our website are processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to addresses within the United States where permitted by law.
  • You must be 21 years or older to purchase alcohol.
  • An adult (21+) with a valid government-issued ID must be present to sign for all alcohol deliveries.
  • We ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
  • Shipping availability may vary by state/local regulations. If we’re unable to ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a refund.

3. Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Standard shipping: typically 8–9 business days after processing.
  • Express shipping may be limited or unavailable depending on destination.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered during special events or on qualifying orders.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment using the carrier’s tracking page.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and include clear photos of the items and packaging.
  • If your order is missing or lost, we will work with the carrier to investigate.
  • Orders may be insured against breakage during delivery. If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of alcohol sales, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
  • If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
